When can I order?
There is one shopping day. Monday. That means you can place your orders with us anytime until 8:00PM the night before shopping day. We work on a first come first serve basis and can only handle up to 10 orders per shopping day.
How do I order?
You use our catalogue to choose which items and how many of each you would like. You can then either tick off the order form and email it to us, or manually send us the codes and quantities via WhatsApp.
I’ve got my own shopping list already, can I send it to you?
Yes! We are happy to take your shopping lists and do the shopping for you, we will need some lenience in terms of the exact items available etc. so try to be specific on your list and indicate whether we should do substitutions for you or not.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to St Francis Bay or Santareme and Cape St Francis.
When are my groceries delivered?
Deliveries happen on the day of shopping, before 5:00PM.
What if I’m not at home for delivery?
We will call you if we can’t get hold of anyone at your house and if no-one is around, we will keep your groceries with us in Cape St Francis and you can collect them from us when convenient. Please note we are not liable for any fresh goods being spoiled while waiting. We will do our best to keep everything cold and in cooler boxes.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is on delivery of your groceries. You will be provided with your own slip to verify your groceries total + 20% of total amount will be added on your invoice
What if an item I ordered is not in stock in the shop?
You have an option to either have us substitute items or not. If you want us to use our discretion, we will swap out items in your order for like items in the shop if there are any available. For example, if you ordered wild rocket but there is only standard rocket, we would substitute.
What if my groceries arrive off?
We are in no way affiliated with Woolworths and so cannot take any responsibility for the fresh-ness of your groceries. We will keep any items that need to be kept fresh in cooler-boxes and nothing will be left in the heat in a car. If something does arrive off, we are happy to return it to Woolworths on our next delivery day and return the money for that item if the return is successful. To this end, please keep your slips as proof of purchase until you have checked your whole order.
How much does it cost?
We charge 20% of your grocery bill or R100 minimum. Whichever is higher. For example if your grocery bill is R2500 our fee would be R500 but if your order was R500 then our fee would be R100. Your proof of order total will be in the form of an original slip from Woolworths to verify our fee.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up until 8:00PM the night before shopping. If we do not receive cancellation before then, we will proceed with your order and you will be required to pay for the groceries and our fee.
Something I want isn’t in the catalogue, what now?
Easy, send us a message asking us to check if they have it in stock and on our next grocery run we will look and get back to you.
