We aim to provide a high quality responsive, bespoke housekeeping, maintenance and management service for second home owners and working professionals, servicing homes based primarily in St Francis Bay and Cape St Francis. We offer a professional service providing constant support to the standards that you expect.
We can make sure that your home is cleaned in time for your arrival or on your departure. We will provide the oversight you need to keep your private / rental home in pristine condition. We use environmentally responsible cleaning materials and household products to provide the highest standards of service.
You can arrive at your second home knowing that everything is in place, whether that’s full gas cylinders, working lightbulbs, laundry, ironing, gardening, window cleaning, flowers, a stocked pantry and cold beverages in the fridge.
For those days when you are not around you can have peace of mind that our property management service is checking, cleaning and looking after your empty house, providing real time responsive feedback. On return to your home, we want you to arrive with everything in order, just as you like it.
We offer the reassurance that your property is being looked after, all year round and in all weather. Rain or shine, we make regular property checks to make sure your home isn’t left unattended. Even if you’re only here for half term or the high season we make sure that all of your time here is relaxed, with no unexpected and unpleasant surprises when you arrive. We’re here for you, whenever you need us. We can provide additional call-outs, in and out of working hours. If you’re having work done on your property we can provide access – or if you just need a delivery seeing in, we can do that too.

OUR SERVICES
House Keeping Services
We provide turnover housekeeping services during your specified time frame. We will schedule a team to go into your home and clean it top to bottom before the next guests arrive. We recommend our thorough spring cleaning to get your house into tip-top shape for the season. All of our cleaners are trained and supervised.
Basic cleaning includes:
Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning windows, launder towels and linen, change linen.
Outside - water plants, check grills and grids are clean, sweep deck, straighten and secure outside furniture.
Laundry - Taken to local laundry. Clean linens are rotated to avoid moisture.
Supply maintenance - We monitor house supplies and purchase more as needed.
We also monitor and replace light bulbs and smoke detector batteries as needed.
Ensure all refuse is removed and bins are cleaned.

HOUSE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Key holding – Not sure how to get the key to your guests? Your guests can pick up a key at our office during office hours. For the deluxe key turnover service, we will contact your guests prior to their arrival and make arrangements to meet with them to turn over the key. We will then go over the house rules and answer any questions. We will also return during the week to check in with your guests and see if anything is needed.
On call contact for your guests -Who do your guests call if they have a problem at the house? We can be the local contact for your guests. Our telephone numbers can be posted in your home and we will be on-call for any matter from a leaky toilet to a fallen tree limb. We will then make the arrangements to have the situation resolved at the convenience of your guests.
Security Deposit Checks – We will perform a thorough examination of the property inside and out according to a customised check list. We will then e-mail or telephone you with a report at the end of each guests’ stay. This will also include an estimate of any damages found.
